The front strengthening plate/block mainly plays it role in strengthening the place of the hole openerin the center of the hole, also as a supporter. hole opener’s 30 inches use front strengthening blocks,while those > 30 inches use front strengthening plates. Wearing-resistant alloy is welded on ortungsten carbide teeth are inserted onto thesurface of the front strengthening plate/block. Inorder to reduce the weight of the hole opener the front strengthening plate is designed into apierced work without affecting the supporting strength.
High – speed rollingbearing system combination
HaoQi hole opener uses a sealed high-energyrolling bearing system processed and assembledat an extremely strict tolerance. The circular lockring of the bearing is made by hydrogenatedacrylonitrile-butadiene rubber featuring goodwearing resistance, oil resistance and a highrotary speed, suitable for the drilling undervarious working conditions.

Cone and leg combination
The cutting tooth of the cone chooses conical-ended shape teeth or milled teeth promising good wearing resistance and a high rate of penetration. The intensified welding on the shirt tail and the protection of the whole leg back, as well as the gage protection on the cone effectively enhance the anti-hole shrink age capacity of the cone.
